The Jitterbug
The Cell Phone Designed for Seniors
New cell phones are not easy for many seniors use. They have tons tiny buttons, and tiny print on a tiny screen, and they are not very easy to hear from.
The Jitterbug was designed to tackle all of these problems. It works like a traditional phone, with no complicated menus to scroll through. Also, there is an operator feature where you can have the operator dial for you - a saved number like "Call my daughter, Liz" or a new number you read them. This is convenient for people with low vision, or who may not be able to physically dial on their own.
You can also arrange for Jitterbug to call the phone to remind you to take your medications.
Keep things simple with The Jitterbug. A Jitterbug cell phone makes a great gift for family and friends on your list. Order today and get a FREE car charger.

I've never heard of a kettle tipper but I see why it's useful. Good selections here.
Excellent lens. I just found what I was looking for. I had run out of ideas for a present to my mother in law who is going to be 80 years old! Thanks a lot for sharing:)
I like the idea of Kettle Tipper, I have been thinking to get one so that it is easier for my kids to pour water from the heavy kettle instead of keep asking me to pour for them :)
These are all great ideas. I think I would like a grocery organizer for myself too.
Some good ideas here for my mom
Some of the items are pretty convenient. Can opener and garden seat. Wii if it was a fun one it would be great. Get people up and moving.
You have a great selection of gifts for seniors here. I've never seen a kettle tipper, but I love the idea. It would also be good for kids when pouring from heavy milk or juice jugs.
Just love some of these ideas for seniors. You have quite a list of useful and helpful gift ideas. Thanks for sharing. Take Care :)
What thoughtfulness you put in here for perfect gifts for seniors and some I didn't know existed. My Mom is about to turn 86, lives in the country and doesn't use a night light, I think your movement activated night light would give us kids some extra peace of mind and she'd actually use it maybe since it wouldn't be on all the time. The one other thing I've thought of getting Mom is a key finder and an extra to attach to her purse, those two things seem to be misplaced and it is so frustrating trying to find things. I love how you are choosing items that help encourage continued independence.
Very cool gift ideas for seniors!
I have to say, these are among some of the very best gift suggestions I have seen! I see several that I know my parents would love and even a few I would want :)
Very useful items. Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful and thoughtful ideas!
Nice lens. You have some really good ideas for seniors - all things that can make their lives easier.
Good job! My Mother is 85 this year. I saw several options for her BD in October. Thanks for the hints.
Thanks for the terrific gift ideas for our senior moms. My mom and I both LOVE her Jitterbug Cell Phone - very easy for her to use because it is so easy. And she loves her gardening activities so the garden chair is a popular option as well. Thanks for a fun visit for the Mother's Day quest :)
Buying for seniors can be difficult, but you have put together some great suggestions. SquidAngel Blessings!
As I scrolled down the page, I couldn't help but think how many of these I would enjoy having in my house, and I'm not even a senior! Some are even great ideas for kids. I think for some, like myself, budget is the deciding factor, so the Roomba would be a distant dream! Another more affordable alternative to the Jitterbug would be the SVC (Tracfone's senior offering) - I gave it to my folks last year, and it was an immediate hit with the novelty of being connected anywhere, anytime.
Great ideas for this year...thank you!
Thanks for the ideas. Sundae ;-)
Great ideas...thanks!
There are so many jars I can't open so that jar opener would be really handy.
Excllent, very useful gift ideas for seniors, I'm going to feature it on my Computers for Seniors Lens!
Great ideas for seniors! I love the kettle tipper (could also be useful for children so that the full gallon of milk doesn't spill all over the floor!)!
Great idea!
Fabulous lens! I have featured it with my Mother's Day Lens! THUMBS UP and FAVE! *SEE IT HERE*
This is a really nice gift guide for seniors. I love the thoughtful gift ideas geared towards older folks.
I found a very useful gift to the elderly at www.just5.com. In fact, I gave my elderly mom the orange Just5 phone for her birthday. I love the fact that she can be independent again without worrying much about her safety because the phone has emergency response features. Plus, she is able to contact family and friends again because of this simple phone and all its senior-friendly features such as large keys and bright display.
These are really useful ideas and I think you may have solved one problem for my Christmas shopping this year.
Thanks for the useful ideas! It can be difficult shopping for grandparents! Blessed by and angel and added to my angel lens :)
Great gift ideas! I want that Roomba! Lensrolling to Best Gifts for Seniors!
