Anti- aging: Week 4

Updated on July 20, 2013

Age reversal week 4

NOTE: Before beginning this step, it is assumed that you have read the guide for anti-aging. If you have not, I recommend that you read it now by clicking here.

So, 21 days into the program. You should be feeling pretty good. What we are doing is making you younger from the inside out. You may still see wrinkles in the mirror, perhaps some weight around the mid-section, but inside you should feel younger.

*a note to men: If there is any issue erections or the absence thereof, please see my articles on andropause.*

By now, your system should have an ample supply of Luteinizing Hormone circulating in your system to produce an adequate supply of sex hormones. Pregnenolone is a precursor to both androgens and estrogens, so it stands to reason that a good supply of it should be made available for synthesis of sex hormones by the gonads. Your body is probably producing enough sex hormone at this point, but we simply want to make more raw material available should the need arise.

Pregnenolone also serves another function in the brain. Both cognative and coordination are enhanced with the application of the hormone. You may remember having a quick wit or sharp reflexes when you were younger, but as time went on, these may have dulled a bit. This is because your levels of pregnenolone have decreased. By increasing this hormone to youthful levels, you will begin to "think younger" and deal with stressful situations in a calmer manner.

To read more about this hormone click here.

To acquire pregnenolone can be a little difficult if you rely on pharmacies, even a number of weight lifting suppliment stores do not carry it for some odd reason. There are some national vitamin stores which do stock a small supply as well as several internet sources. If you have some difficulty in locating it, please e-mail me at tom.greenwell@yahoo.com, I can usually locate it for you.

Take the dosage indicated by the manufacturer at bedtime. Do not be surprised if you have some interesting dreams the first couple of nights. This sometimes happens and is likely due to increased brain activity as you sleep.

If you notice any adverse effects, stop taking the pregnenolone immediately.

At this point you are taking:
Melatonin at bedtime
HGH at bedtime
Tribulus Terrestris in the morning and at bedtime.
Pregnenolone at bedtime

Please leave you initials, age, sex and weight in the comment box below, as well as your goals and any comments about how you feel at this point in the program.
