You can always go the easy route and get a gift card, but why not make the gift seem like you put thought into it. Gifts can be pretty expensive but Amazon.com has great prices compared to retail.

Victoria Secret Very Sexy; the name says it all. Its sexy smell is a blend of vanilla orchid, sun-drenched clementine and midnight blackberry. This is my everyday scent and I always get compliments. It’s a fierce and sultry smell that women love and will catch a guys attention.

Dolce Gabana Desire; this bold scent has a mix of Mandarin lily, Jasmine, caramel, sandalwood, and musk, just to name a few notes. This warm classy perfume is long lasting, so you won’t have to reapply throughout the day. Desire is seductive yet still feminine.

Dolce Gabana Light Blue; is a fresh scent of Granny Smith Apples, bamboo, white rose, cedarwood, amber, and musk. This light perfume is crisp and clean and can be worn every day, whether it’s going to work, school, or just hanging out. It’s feminine and not overpowering.

Dior Voile de Parfum; is light silk smell of Damascena Rose essence, Tuscan iris, and white musk. I definitely will be putting this on my gift list. This parfum is airy and simply lovely.

Victoria’s Secret Angel Dream Eau de Parfum; is a sweet smell of lace violet, iridescent currant and sandalwood. This cute smell can be worn everyday and it’s not overpowering. Angel is light, angelic, and amazing.

Every girl loves shiny things. When picking out jewelry make sure it’s something she will actually wear. Also think about if the piece fits her personality. Speaking of fitting, if you’re picking out a ring, even though you’re not “popping the question,” be sure to have her ring size.

If your lady is a fashionista try looking at bold statement pieces. Beauty Mark’s Boutique, part of Kitsy Lane, is an online jewelry and accessory store ran by me. Its pieces are unique, edgy, and gorgeous. One good thing about this site is it has a return police for a full refund.

So your wife or girlfriend isn’t a fashionista, how about a watch? Watches are great for women always on the go. Michael Kors is an excellent high-end brand. They are pricey but it will be worth the look on her face. I suggest the new trend color rose gold. In retail stores Michael Kors watches run from $160-$550, but on Amazon.com the starting price is $114.

If you’re not looking to spend that much on a watch, but want the same wow factor then you should look at a Geneva watch. I bought a Geneva watch at the mall for $30 but on Amazon it’s more than half the price.

If you’re not sure about the accessory and perfume idea why not make a personal basket of her favorite things. If our brain is going blank on what to fill the basket here some ideas, but don’t forget the flowers and gift card(s) they’re an excellent accessory to the basket.

Chocolate is a girl’s best friend, and Ferrero Rocher hazelnut Chocolates is to die for. This candy has a crunchy wafer chocolate shell with a silky milk chocolate center, all surrounding a small decadent hazelnut. If she’s not a chocolate fan you can easily fill the basket with her favorite candy.

Another idea to put in a basket is a CD. You could buy her favorite artist’s new album or you could make a mix CD of her favorite songs, but if you’re trying to set the “mood” makes a CD full of slow jams, to help create a romantic setting.

Personalized gifts are so cute. You can make a personalized ceramic mug with a sharpie and putting it in the oven. On one side the mug you can write your names and on the other side you could write a line from her favorite song, a quote, or a personal message. If you don’t have time to make a homemade personalized gift, go to Things Remembered. They engrave almost everything such as wine glasses, mugs, and even jewelry.

Candles are always a must. I recommend going to Bath & Body Works. They have the best candles hands down. Their candles fill the whole room with a great aroma. They have candles for every season. My mom always gets the three-wick Japanese Cherry Blossom candle. While you’re at Bath & Body Works you might as well pick up a body wash set. My favorite scent is Paris Amour. I got a gift set for Christmas and I love it. I always catch my sister using my stuff. The Paris Amour comes in body wash, lotion, and mist. The scent is a mix of sparkling mandarin, sparkling champagne, French vanilla, and coconut milk.
