Downtown San Diego, Historic Old Town San Diego is the annual Fiesta Cinco De Mayo. All Activities are FREE. Fiesta Cinco De Mayo takes place in San Diego's Old Town State Park. Corona, Tequila, tacos, and margaritas available til 7:30 PM. -(619) 656-4721

In North County

Tio Leo's 3510 Valley Centre Dr. San Diego 92130, at El Camino Real located directly off the 5 freeway near the Double Tree Hotel in Carmel Valley. 858-350-1468. Casual Mexican style Restaurant, with a large and diverse menu from appetizers and margaritas to authentic green enchiladas, will be considering the whole day a happy hour, approximately from 11AM - 10PM. The bar will be open till midnight or 1:00AM depending on how busy they get.
