This may be helpful which I did with my family last week.
I did not go anywhere, we all stay at home and discuss our old stories for hours...it is really interesting...our childhood stories, first love and so many old stories....not only ourselves, even old memories of our relatives and friends...actually we did not had any plan to gossips about our memories...but it took alomost entire Saturday of our entire family with full of laugh.
ensure you know what each family member likes or dislikes. Then, plan so that your itinerary includes activities which each person will enjoy or at least most activities they will enjoy.
If you can't ensure that everyone enjoys everything, then maybe split the family up at certain times. For example, when the ladies go shopping, the men can go golfing.
Last but not least, be flexible and be patient.
