    christmas is a family time and is for the children really. But the expense dosnt have to be great if a little thought goes into a present

    Christmas is only as expensive as you want it to be...set a budget and stick to it ...Its stupid spending what you cannot afford,remember its the thought behind the gift that counts ,not how much it costs.

    Absolutely cannot wait! I love Christmas. It's the best thing ever! Sure it's stressful but it's so worth it. There's a feeling about it. Maybe I just never grew up, but if that's the case, I hope I never do.

    I'm careful about how much I spend, and I plan ahead. I start buying gifts in September or October. A little self-control goes a long way to making it more enjoyable.

    If you find yourself dreading Christmas, then it is clear that your celebration of the holiday needs to be reformed. We should not feel obligated to buy all kinds of stuff. This is a sign that commercialism has taken over:
