Why are we more kind on the holidays than any other time of year?
Shouldn't we always be 'in the spirit' of loving and helping others?
because humans are inherently evil. suffering and chaos is all there is.
Because we tend to be traditional and with the work holidays, that would reduce stress and we can re-channel those energies to be more kind.
Because the air in this time of year helps to laziness than take any claim of double drainboard Attlo and Recreation and the beginning of the year Aljaddedi type of activity
Like Smelloftruth says, people are off work and have less stress. When we're relaxed, we tend to be nicer.
I agree with your doubt and i wrote about it in my article. I just wish people are not waiting for holidays as New Years or Christmas to be good and loving others. It could be much better if we are all like that during every minute of our life, no matter of ''time of the year''

Are some people inherently evil?If so, where does the "evil" come from? Can it be eliminated or is it simply a natural and inevitable part of life?
