    I would say more yes than no now that I know what it is. Frankly, I just now in the past 20 minutes or so became educated on 'World Soil Day'. Thank you! Being a native California plant gardener I realize the importance of native soils - no amendments.

    I understand the connectivity of the roots system, the soil, and mycorrhizal development, although that is different for the crop industries. A peek today shows the three types of mycorrhizal is a key focus. Sought is managing the soil with an emphasis on crop management, its productivity, and importantly quality - nutrient value.

    It seems like every day has become some kind of NATIONAL SPECIAL day. With 365 special days a year, the significance of those really important days worth remembering and acknowledging is greatly diminished.

    But it is good to know yesterday was World Soil Day and I am truly grateful for soil. Humanity began with soil.
