Valentines Day 2011

    I've been reading a few hubs about Valentines day and even posted one myself today because I had so many thoughts on it. I am PRO Valentines day. I think its a great day. Most people don't get showered with love every day of the year, so to have that one day where you can "hope" to be, I think is a nice thing.

    Others argue its commercialized. If thats the case, so is every other holiday.

    What are your thoughts?

    ...i've never made a point to celebrate it personally...don't know why...it doesn't matter really...

    i do recall standing in line to make a purchase and the woman in front of me was giving her guy a hard time and forcing him to buy her flowers..he didn't have any money...it was weird to watch...i don't get it....it appeared that she didn't seem to care...she just wanted him to buy her some flowers...whatever?

      That's messed up!

      Honestly, I don't like candy or flowers unless their growing from a plant outside...

      Love is an everyday thing for me I need it on an ongoing basis.  smile
