A Tribute to a flourishing artist

From the moment she
Turned four,
She loved to shop
In every store.
And created pictures
With an artistic gift.

Always Loving
From the start.
Always loving
In her heart.
My darling daughter
With the desire to do more.

Now she always
Looks her best
In every kind of dress.
And she knows how to find
Designer styles
For Less.

She decorates
And designs,
Bold enough to go
Outside the lines.
From pastels to pen and ink,
3-D shells and
A head made of clay,
The most
Dedicated art student
I've ever known today!

From year to year
She's grown
To a beautiful
Blossom sown
From the
Field of dreams
That are now
Becoming real.
Nothing will stand
In her way
Of her success today
In a grown up life
She can call her own.

A beautiful tribute to a daughter from a loving mother. The poem shows how proud you are of your daughter and she is lucky to have such a loving mother to provide her with all the opportunities to blossom the way she has.

      Well done Mum!

Thank you, all, for reading my hub. I hesitated to write just anything, because I did not want my daughter to be too scrupulous of my words. After writing about her birth into the world with a cleft palate, I wanted everyone to see that she had no other physical challenges growing up. She is a great person, and I am grateful for our friendship today. I appreciate my life more with her in it. And together with her brother, the musician, my children have added a wonderful touch to my life. To God, I praise him for my being their Mom.
