A Poem on Waterfalls

Meandering through mountain valleys

jungles, rainforests and rocky beds

stream reaches the flat rough cliffs

to build the showering waterfalls;

Under the towering thick foliage

with the twittering songs of birds

plunging with foamy silver cascade

waterfalls roar with glorious verve;

Nature is in its wonderful best

treating the eyes with colorful sights

gifting the ears with delightful sounds

where the white waterfall showers.

Waterfall with its pristine water

gushes to make a pool beneath

sparkling with colors of rainbow

leaving pebbles and boulders aside;
