Back-up Plan

Updated on February 21, 2013

Plan B?

I don’t have a Plan B.

Having a Plan B isn’t playing it smart,

it’s expecting Plan A to fail.

A back up plan belongs to a man

with zero faith.

How do I plan tomorrow?

I’m lucky to be here today

working on Plan A.

Do I have a Plan B?

I’m actually offended you’re asking.

Philly, that's the entire poem! lol Having a back up plan is the wise and responsible thing to do, but it also gives the impression that you might not have enough faith in yourself to accomplish the original dream...that's just my thought.

Wayne that is hilarious, thank you for stopping by.

      For me...plan B was dating a girl with a sister! ;-)

      Very cleverly done.

Ummm, where's the rest of the poem? LOL. Having a plan B isn't always a bad thing. One example is sky diving. I don't care how much faith you have in the first parachute, you still need to have a back up.

It's crazy that this poem just came from me talking to myself one day trying to make sense out of life. Thank you for reading, Valley! : )

...but on the other hand it doesen't hurt to have Plan B - if History had more of Plan B - then maybe there wouldn't have been so many books written about the mistakes we've made over the centuries of mankind we know it today ...... sending you warm wishes and good energy from lake erie time ontario canada 1:39pm

      I don't think I've ever had a plan B, but I don't think that I had a plan A either not for life.

Know what you have a point! Now I will try hard not to put plan B into mind and concentrate on plan A being successful.

      Well done - loved it!
