To look in his eyes and know

Feeling his arms tightly around you

His warmth of touch will show

The care and gentleness so true

Sharing a longing of togetherness

Making love throughout the night

Pressing as one in sheer bliss

Even in conversation mid flow

Feel your hearts beating as one

To be together every second

In body or spirit become

Keeping this love safe in your heart

Feeling the closeness of his skin

Sleeping together until daylight

The gentleness of his voice akin

Little notes left everyday

Whispering a sweet longing

Love radiates, you'll never be apart

Everyone clearly knows

That you were meant to discover

A love that will always remain
