How Many Times Can I Say Stop !

Updated on October 15, 2012

As Many Times As It Takes

I have a kitten and the kitten always wants to play

Two and a half years old

Oh those terrible two's

Pulling things apart

Just to aggrivate mommy and daddy

It is so much fun

She goes into a box and pulls c.d.'s out one by one

Tosses them on the floor and races through them

Shes makes her own selection of what music she wants to hear

We just don't understand

She is just super smart and we don't know it

She does play well all by herself

After she pulls at our plants and rips apart a flower or a little stem

Then she runs aroung kicking it under something again

Off to the kitchen table where she gets sprayed every time she gets on it

She looks at it like a nice sun shower that feels so good

She then races back and forth like she was trying to catch a train

The Midnight Express or was that rush hour

Either way she flys through the air like a squirrel leaping from tree to tree

Trots like a horse

Then brings down the house

No mouse stands a chance

Our Charlette is fast on her feet and does stunts that acrobats practice

Without the nets and danger in every leap

Well now she has finally calmed down

To eat a few bites

Then drinks some water only from a glass

She is a class act that we curse so often

Now we have to reconsider and think

She performs for free

We should be happy

suzzycue I thought the same thing. Why don't we create one. With a little time and effort and you never know what the future has in store.Thanx so much for sharing.May each day bring on more excitement and a fascination of all things from above.

Your welcome. I use my dictionary a lot too but the spell checker is a plus for me. I am dyslexic so proofreading over and over it appears right to me but the letters could still be backwards especially the( ei ) is a bad one for me. I wish they had a spell checker on the comments.

suzzycue Your stories sound fantastic.I could listen to them all day.I am grinning and laughing because our own little devil has been caught on the window screen or a curtain and got stuck.I would run to get the camera before I took her off.Anytime you find a mistake I am more than happy to correct it.I am getting better slowly.I refuse to use spell check in the fear that I will never learn. So I still use an old dictionary and look up my words and then proofread over and over again.Feel free to e-mail me if the list is a mile long.Thanx so much.

Cats and kitties can be so loveable and spontanious, that is what makes them great. My great Aunt had a symanies cat named Suzzy that used to climb her dining room curtains and leap to the furniture below , it was a hoot. One spelling problem below the line rips apart the flowers, is aroung kicking probably should be around ... I am not the best speller either just helping out I hope. Great poem on your kitty.

picklesandrufus I loved your response but I was having some difficulty with my printer and my computer at the same time.I don't know what it was but it seems o.k. now.One of those bad computer days had stopped me in my tracks.I felt like a man trapped in a snow storm no where to go except home.b.Malin I am glad you had fun reading. So nice to see you .She is a handful. But she gives all the love that anyone could ever want.Have a great night.

I could see her playfulness at work! Kittens can be so intense and so entertaining at the same time. Cute hub!

Sounds like a dream day for a kitten! I could go into how smart our puppy is and we don't know it either but there isn't enough room or time to list the endless aggravation and hair pulling. She gets away with it because she is so adorable, just like this hub.
