I'll Wait For You To Miss Me

Updated on July 13, 2012

I've decided to be strong

And not be the one to call

I'll wait for you to miss me

And say you love me after all

My friends all say I should give up

And that you're not worth the pain

So I don't admit the price I'd pay

To have you back again

Some say that you've moved on

But they can't read your mind

I think you are just looking

For some things you need to find

And once you do you will come back

And want me even more

So I'll wait for you to miss me

And love me like before

Most of us I think find ourselves in this scenario.......should I be the strong one and wait?.......well written

Beautiful Koshaugh. Very powerful arrangement of words. The idea of the "heart grows fonder" with one's absence. Very nice and voted up. Thanks.

Love this . . certainly hits the nail on the head. And how many of us haven't thought these very things at some point in our lives?!
