It Is Stuck
It Is Stuck
It Is Stuck
Anything seen or done again and again,
Gets deeper in our brain.
Its trace,
Is arduous to erase.
In our mind it runs frequent,
It is always present.
We never fail to remember,
Its present even in our slumber,
It becomes a routine ritual.
To it we get accustomed and it popping in our mind is very natural.
With it there is a sort of comfort,
To remember it,we need not put an effort.
To break this practice,
Doing it ,you need to miss.
At the start, there would be a bit unease,
But with time the presence of this thought will cease.
In your subconscious,it will languish,
From your mind it will soon perish.
From it your mind will seek freedom,
To it no longer you will remain accustomed.
