It Is Time To Trace The Future

Updated on July 24, 2012

Watch and Learn

So many people are busy doing things that fill up there day

Like a room filled with blocks

There are your favorites and so many others just take up space

People worry about the weather before it happens

Then when it doesn't come they still say it's on its way

Later when the weather forecast was completely wrong they shrug as if it doesn't matter

Other people love gossip and they will listen and hear every word

For they can't wait to repeat it even if it's not true

Name calling or being angry at nonsense

Why does it matter who was right or wrong just move on

Finding fault where there is none

Born complainers who will talk till they are blue in the face

Who say this world has gone to pot and nothing will ever change

How can it change if you have had the same attitude for years and you always get what you want

Worrying about getting old

They miss their youth bcause they were young and stupid

Then they spend the rest of their life planning on things to keep going like they are

Ridiculous from the start

We keep changing all our life why would we think nothing else does

So this is how we write our own ticket

We think of all the feelings we want to feel

Then we do everything in our power to make all those emotions bubble out

Constantly escaping and changing the world around us so slightly

So one day we will watch our dreams turn into desires

Like a campfire that never burns out
