Limericks - Love and Lust

Dr. Darryl Winer

A newly married young pair

Both blessed with countenance quite fair

Haven’t been seen since they wed

The only sound - a squeeky bed

Apparently on quite a tear

A callow couple quite droll

Went out for an evening stroll

Came upon a secluded spot

Or that’s what they thought

And got caught making two halves a whole

Her heels leather stilleto

Handcrafted by shoemaker Geppeto

So famous for style

He earned her sweet smile

Usually in flagrante delicto

Special time for you-ing and me-ing

With no distractions to be intervening

Six year old at the door

Breakfast gone and wants more

Alas, there will be no he-ing and she-ing

Hi there Beyond, and thank you-

Now, what would be stressing a kind, small, feathered creature like you. Some ugly predator? The government (see predator)? Or, maybe, that mean old man winter. I told you before, its not personal, you are just collateral damage.

Also, it seems that the more tortured the kukooburra feels, the more productive it becomes. So, while I do not wish you to be put upon, I am always glad to read the results.

      Be well.

DW - this is such an amazing collection (naughty, you!)! =) I say that my favorite one is the last, it's just so touchingly sweet =)

DW, you have a knack for Limericks, I can't stop smiling, it's a great therapy for a stress-torn-scattered-around brain of mine LOL
