My World I Share Eternally.

Updated on March 3, 2014

Today as I drink my cup of tea I see and hear the rain beating on the windows ; but is the rain always a sign of miserable thoughts and days ??

Those three little words

Each raindrop doth compel us

To say 'I love you '!!

The rain not so bleak

Beautiful hues magnify

Each raindrop so bright.

Each raindrop glistens

Emphasising woven webs

Winking and twinkling.

Those rippling puddles

Fill each being with happy thoughts

Sweet circles of life.

Sing a sweet song

Blessing each morning's dawn

Threadlike streams flow into rivers

Joyful hearts unite for Mother Nature

Each deep blessing conjures and gels

Inspiring rich thoughts

A deep love for

The lake

That peaceful agenda

Ripples spreading like new born thoughts

That inspiring shade of calm waters

Smooth waves serene and magical

Ducks bask in golden light

Oh how I love

The lake.

I sit

In serene haze

Thoughts maturing gently

Gleams controlled by fanciful eyes

That haze will mystify each mountain range

Intermingling magical vibes

Cotton wool clouds fly by

In paradise

I sit.

A sunny day

not a cloud in sight.

summer’s magic so clearly drawn.

My spirit is undecided

even though the warmth

of the sun

conveys delicious vibes

Which path?

Do I go?

Do I stay?

Do I juggle

today’s scene

for a different path.

Six of one

and half a dozen of the other.

I’ve tossed

and turned

and racked my brains

but I know my way.

I share my thoughts

with the wise

Mother Nature

absorbed in the magic

of her

heather moors.

I feel her magic

her soothing

relaxing my spirit

I find my inner being

and silently I silently but beautifuly

I rise and so thankfully

sing for this magic of mine

I walk to the path

I know

is the one

Born free

Wondrous moments

Through each bright horizon

Such joy matures with each new day

My song bewitches each brand new sunrise

My aim to smooth each cobbled path

My heart wondrously sings

So meant to be

Born free.

How yellow the sun

How very green the grass looks

How I love you so.

How the stars twinkle

How the moon lights up the sky

You are in my heart.

How I faced the world

How I held my head so high

My love eternal.

I don't look at the rain

at the sunshine behind.

I don't look at the mist

at images peeping through.

I don't notice the weeds

love the flowers they hide

I don't look at the rocks

savour the moss around.

I don't care about winds

love how the trees dance.

I don't kick fallen leaves

enjoy the collages they make.

I don't dwell on each tear

love each smiles that follows.

I don't like arguments

love the making up after.

I don't get scared at night

love bewitching sounds.

I don't get frightened of storms

love the tranquility that follows.

I don't acknowledge cruelty

scorn at such weakness.

I don't like any wars

I am powerless to end.

Sometimes my day may be bleak
Sometimes the hour may be long
Sometimes my dream does not shine
But I know in your heart I belong.

Sometimes each vision so blurred
Sometimes the winds may prolong
Sometimes my thoughts may be sad
But I know in your heart I belong.

Sometimes each moment drags
Sometimes I don't feel so strong.
Sometimes my footsteps heavy
But I know in your heart I belong.

Today I sense the sun rising
Today I feel my pain easing
Today my feet are skipping
Through you I know true loving.

Here I sit

in deep contemplation;

basking in

mild thought.

This lake reflects

my heart's delights;

silver gleams

twinkling and

toying with

sunshine ray ;

wishes heartfelt

wondrously gained.

choirs of contentment ;

basking in life's

Each choir

feathered gems;

tunes to enchant

each and every

being in

Mother Nature's kingdom.

to each heart's content.

To and fro

up and down

here and there.

Green foliage

in a cocoon

branching out

as in life's daily paths.

Follow the one of your choice;

choose wisely

rather than rush.

'Choose in haste

repent at leisure !!'

Each branch

in the tree of life

tells a story

of its own.

A story

brimming over

delicious tones

Golden tones

lace each

rich thoughts

the sweetest

love songs;

to charm

each heart.

To fill

love lost heart.

Follow your heart

and reignite

each tender

love song;

each tender moment

yours to keep

and cherish.

Merge with contours

Entwined with tender love

Each happiness dancing above

Wrapping each layer in protective mode

Unconditional warmth does thrive

My senses twist and turn

Oh how I love

Today I still walk my journey

Today I have learnt to abide

Today my voice so sure

Today my faith in these words:-

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference

Beautifully written poems. I've been writing a few of my own lately on here but they don't have the figurative beauty your writing style does. I'd love a review from you if you ever have a free moment

Eddy, you really feel the warm bosom of mother nature so intensely that your poems scatter ambrosia and bliss with all abundance ! Loved reading so beautiful poems and in fact I forgot everything else except the gems of the poems shining forth before my eyes and swiftly rushing into the heart, mind and soul ! Great work ! All peace ! :-)

How lovely to see life through your eyes Eddy,

Some people go through life without seeing very much at all but you take time to notice all of the things around you. How special is that!

I love the image which shows the Dahlia flowers in a circle - very beautiful! Nice one.

      Best wishes,

I love your changes of rhythm and your sheer joy in nature, colours and emotions.

What would we be without rain? What would we be without contrasts to make us appreciate the best? Where would we be without love?

Beautiful as always and SO uplifting, Eddy. As I sit and see the grey clouds raining outside, I see the light in the white clouds beyond. Ann
