Introduction

If I feel down at this time of year I nly have to look at my garden to raise a little light to my heavy heart. The flowers are in bloom, colours of every hue and the sun is bright, shinng down to bless my garden with its rays of hope.

Apart from alittle much needed tidying up the garden has more or less taken care of itself since last summer before our world turned upside down....

Poem - 'So proud I am of my garden'

So proud I am of my garden

So beautifully, fragrant and bright

Perennials bloom

Lit up by the moon

Leading fair way in the night...

So proud I am of my garden

My amateur play with the flowers

That brighten the day

Chase bad moods away

With their gracefully delightful powers

Enjoy

Leni - Your hub is so beautiful with vivid photos and flowers that almost shine from the light of your talent. I wrote a comment, but I think it disappeared. May your garden bring you happiness and make your body loose and pain free all year round. Beautiful scenes can perform miracles.Sharing Blessings, Audrey

Thanks Lady_E, I'm afraid it's been a bit of fight with weather. The poor blooms (like the birds and animals) can't decide what season it is. The roses have come into bloom again and the birds have started building their nests, barmy October heat has caused utter confusion.

    Thank you for your comments.

Thanks to everyone who sent me best wishes and prayers. I am now well on the way to recovery. It was a truly nasty virus that struck me down so I don't want to go there again. It was nice to know that so many people cared. Thank you!

Thank you for your visit Movie Master I am pleased you enjoyed my garden. It has been hard work considering the British weather and trial and error with different plants is still on going - my perennials and alpine rockery plants come up every year but the next stage of my plan is to try to ensure that I have colour all year round.

Thank you both for your kind words. I am so proud of my garden and how it has grown so beautifully. I cannot wait to get to work on the canalside garden. I plan to step a veggie patch from the waters edge up wards. I am currently clumsly growing veg in the greenhouse and potatoes in bags outside. We are having a garage built so I cannot do much with it at the moment but rest assured when I do I will share my results. Thanks so much for visiting my garden!
