Poem: Not so love Poetry: Moving On part 1

A haze over a heart

the same kind that lingers

over this Alberta city.

We found each other and seem

to be consumed with betrayal of

a past that is gone.

Now we are creating a future

even if fear, hints of lost love enter again.


Now craving for more.


A thin line of the dusky morning

so still, peaceful, I could stay forever.

hearts of great passion and

high expectations that won’t let us lie

to our self any longer.


Color’s of trees change with season

Along with the path once thought to be…
