Poem: Through Mine Eye
Through Mine Eyes
With such splendor did the sea make way,
to shine through even the greyest of day.
Through such beauty I ponder,
Ti's the sea I wish to wander.
To lay about in the sea's vast glory,
To drift upon its unknown story.
Breathless it makes me, no end do I see,
Where the golden sun hits, that's where I'll be.
Speechless am I with the colors of sole,
Everlasting to my heart makes me whole.
Smell the grace of sea salty air,
Drift upon you, slip through your hair.
Embrace the warmth upon your skin,
To breathe, to drink, to be within.
Such passion fills me, thrills me with glee,
No end do I fathom till I am with thee.
Sail way and drift me far,
To the deepest of ocean to the rising star.
Comfort I find it to lay in your waves,
Cradle and calm me, for the moment it saves.
Though times you feel angry with waves crashing down,
I hear you, I see you, yet there be no frown.
Still wondrous and fair
Peel your curl give me air.
To ride you and glide you feeling the fun,
Swimming and splashing, to lie in the sun.
