though I never searched

fell down
from the heavens
perhaps
the stars of fire
they sent
maybe
you just crept up
and took all my color blues
painted them with rainbows
so you
butterflies
partied up with
fireflies
anyhow
you’re so hard to find
the strands in your eyes
could kill me
but I floated
in the air and the sea
my love is not blind

I see how beautiful you are
your lips
I’d crave their taste forever
your hair
brush them with my hands
your soul
lingers with mine
