The Quiet of the Morning

Updated on April 27, 2013

The quiet of the morning comes

Looking for companionship

Watch for her for time will steal her away

In a second she will be gone

Her presence never to be known.

These fleeting moments are precious

Seconds not to be wasted

In them we learn of truth

Hearing the echos of personal meditations

Intertwined with the breathing of our souls.

Thank you for the compliment. I was just thinking about my favorite time of day an how often I miss the chance to enjoy and learn from it.
