I am going stir crazy right now!

My mind is running to places I didn't even know existed, finding things better left alone but I just cannot control it right now.

And so, I decided if I can't control it, maybe I should just let it run and let you readers deal with what it dredges up! I have no control, so it is all on you!

To pick up a few things; then I took some things to our storage facility, just getting some clutter out of the house, y'know? I turned on the radio for the first time in quite a while, and the strangest thing happened: every song that came out of the speakers, my mind tried to write a song about the coronavirus situation! I know, crazy, right?

I understand what was going on here, it was because of my adding my version of My Sharona to my hub yesterday, entitled My Corona. I actually thought it was fairly original, until I got on Youtube and found...

Three other My Corona songs! One has over six million views in less than a month already! Damn, did I miss the boat on that one! I kept looking around, listening to several parody songs about the virus and several from before the virus from a family that just gave me a kick in the pants with their humor. I cried out to my wife (who was upstairs) I AM NOT ALONE!!!! She had no idea what I was talking about; I meant that other people thought up offbeat songs and parodies like I did, and they were pretty good. Some not so much, but all funny anyway.

So this got me going today, and I have not stopped making crap up yet. Here are a few of my newest hits!

But when I started to sing the chorus to my wife, she just looked at me and said, quietly but firmly, "No.". I guess because it is one of her favorite songs and she's afraid she wouldn't be able to un-hear it the next time the song came on the radio. Then, she would have to kill me.
