Three Pilars of Heaven

Updated on February 5, 2012

I stop here and dare not go,
So that grief can be eluded.
And then you personally announce your departure-
This I cannot reject to-
as I have traversed this road too hastily,
Embracing a veneer of my passion;
And it is too late to turn back.
I will no longer see the radiance of the sky,
The brilliant sun through the clouds,
I will no longer see the paradise,
And commensurate with your grievances,
For I cannot seize the impalpable time
Any longer
But I know that paradise is the place
Where I met you.
