Introduction

iIt was back in 1988 when Rush Limbaugh created a list of 35 undeniable truths. Some of the ideas is still true today after 30 years. I am following in his foot steps and creating a list of undeniable truths with regard to Trump.

- Jan. 2018

My List...

  1. Trump is an egotist. He is a self promoter and puts his name on everything...including his buildings, his golf courses and even his State park.
  2. Trump is a fighter. He believes in counter punch. If you attack him, he will respond twice as hard.
  3. Trump is a dealer. He wrote a best selling book called “the Art of the Deal” and has used it successfully in many of his business dealings.
  4. Trump is a straight talker. He speaks and tweets what is on his mind. No filters. This is not always a positive since people reacts to his every word.
  5. Trump is a good decisive leader. Unlike President Obama, whose style is to procrastinate as long as possible and weigh all the nuances of every issue. Trump listens and gets input from his advisors and then often take a decisive action.
  6. Trump is a patriot. He believes in America first. This is behind in all his foreign dealings, in trade and in foreign policy. What does America get out of it? Like rejecting the Paris Accord, he believes it to be a raw deal for America.
  7. Trump is confident. As any leader will tell you, you need to exude confidence so that people will listen and follow. Even if you are not sure, you must display the confidence to outsiders.
  8. Trump is very disciplined. He leads a simple disciplined life. He does not drink alcohol, even socially. That is an unusual trait.
  9. Trump is very loyal. He is loyal to his family and close associates. Sometimes, this leads to bad things like hiring Michael Flynn as National security advisor.
  10. Trump is very generous. He donate his own money, sometimes anonymously to help others in need. That is his compassionate side.

Summary

I put this list together to help others understand the Trump phenomenon. He is human after all. He is no saint but he is good at what he does or choose to do. He is a business leader who wins in the environment he lives under. He is pragmatic as most businessmen are. Like him or hate him, he has produce some change for the better in our country. After all, that is all that matters to the voters.

Breakfastpop - I agree. It seems that a larger than life ego is a requirement of going into public office. What you need to do is look at the results. So far, I am pleased with what he has been able to accomplish, in spite of the mainstream media hounding his every step.

Usama - you say "he is not dong somthing 4 sombody he only do for his own self because he is a gredy dog." I assume you mean to say greedy. This is completely false. He has done so much, for so many others. If you want a list, here it is: http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/year-one-list-81...

Also, Usama, if you want people to take you seriously, I suggest you spend more time on your writing and spelling skills. Your post is almost unintelligible.

Everyone in politics has an ego the size of the solar system, but not all of them are successful. Trump, ego and all, is doing a fantastic job.

      JL,

Great list. I agree that he appears to be an egotist. I'm not sure if he believes that he is never wrong, however, which is a primary trait of an egotist. He is much more pragmatic. I also agree that he wants to change our country for the better. Too bad his personal "style" has gotten in the way of his message.

Usama, hate is a strong emotion. It is also self destructive. What exactly Trump has done that hurt you personally? I really want to know.

Liberals will find something wrong with everything you listed and/or won't agree with them. This sure won't change their minds about Trump, not even on one of the issues on the list. Nice try though. However, I do agree with you.
