Write me a love letter that will last for all time~

Write me a love letter that is all mine.

Put into words~

What you are feeling~

Let me know how your heart~

Is reeling.

Use the terms~

That express your potential love~

Make them flightful like~

A snow white dove.

Write me a love letter~

With plenty of words~

Make them sing the song~

You would want to be heard.

Put into notes~

The best of yourself~

Do it with ease~

Being real with ones self.

Use the tone you wish to~

Set with me~

These words should come with~

The greatest of ease.

Write me a love letter using~

The flowers that dazzle the eye~

Make me yearn for you~

As I dream starring into the sky.

Use the fragrance of a fresh~

Morning rose~

Take me to the outer limits~

Of your feelings while I doze.

Put in to words~

What I can hold close to my heart~

Make me feel like we never will part.

Write me a love letter that stirs the soul~

Bring to life those thoughts~

That you and I will only know.

Use your whispers~

As enticing as we know they are~

Say the words I croon at~

When we are apart.

Put into words~

The secrets that you hold.

Reveal them to me~

I will keep them safe in my fold.

Write me a love letter that will last for all time~

Write me a love letter that is all mine.

There is nothing more spectacular than the power of love and these emotions revealed in poetic love letters are proof of an amazing love. Those lovers who can express their true emotions through poetry are lovers in a million. A great poem Lisa.Voted up.

      How could he not?

      write love to you?

      He must feel,

      a sonnet or two.

To watch you move with such grace,

And see the heavens in your face.

      How could one miss,

      the gentleness of your kiss?

      The eyes,

      that light the skies,

      the body with celestial lines,

the treasure of a million mines,

      the taste of lips,

      that launch his ships,

      the scent,

      of love well spent,

      this soft glow,

      of love he loves so,

      the wondrous words of love,

      that echo from galaxies above.

      and

      from Lisa Luv?

Lisa..you must read Elizabeth Barrett Browning's " Sonnets from the Portuguese "...a collection of love poems writ to her husband that resonate with a rare love.." How do I love thee..? Let me count the ways..." is just one of the many expressions of her love so recently found and so unexpected...

Love your prose which sparkles with your sweet passion...Larry
