Is there a minimum and a maximum length to publish a hub?
There is no maximum or minimum limit (that I'm aware of), though I recommend no less than 700 words and no more than 2000.
Actually there is no maximum limit while they tend to reject a hub if it is too short. From my observation, a hub having words between 800 to 1400 seems to be perfect for getting rankings and scores.
