    I like short stories, but as for favourites I find that it depends on the mood; usually I have three or four books on the go and dip in and out. Perhaps I have a short attention span, not thought of it like that, I know I do. Now your question has thrown one up for me!! Currently reading Sherlock Holmes (again) Gothic shorts and War Horse. All very good.

    I have always liked books by Louis L'Amour.  Lately I've been reading a series of books by Janet Evanovich.
