I am looking for an author's name. I once read his/her books and damn it, I cannot remember the...
name of books or author ... anyway ... the story line is there's this female who's land is enslaved and through several books she meets this male alien race who are genetically feline his race helps free her people and in the process she and this sentinent "cat/lion/feline" male mate and have "cat-lets" . The book has fairly detailed account of the human-feline mating ritual where the male has barbs on the penis, etc ... anyway I was looking for anyone who might know of this author ... thanks
I think you are looking for Lora Leigh's Feline Series the first one is called Tempting the Beast
thanks lynne, but that isn't the series of books ... this series involved space travel and conflict/wars ... there might even have been time travel involved ... I do remember that after the first couple of books there was additional "past history" of this species development ... if I remember it has some religious mumbo jumbo in it also. These were not like kitty=cats but more on the line of sentient tigers, big cats ... not the little meow types. this cat species were excellent warriors.
It sounds very similar to the Cheyenne McCray's Wonderland Series. With the kings of Tarok! But there are a lot of differences. I hope this helps?!?
