    according to my view the first thing in that case is to inform that person whom details u are writing in ur c.v so that if anyone confirms abt that..everything is clear..

    i consider academic references style. basically references can write at end of the report or as a foot note on every page. references write in special order e.g Book Title, Author, Year of publication.

    Note that references writing style may different from organization to organization
