Do you believe being a dreamer helps you to be a better creative writer?
I believe that's what creative writing is. We're dreaming while we're awake.
It's like we play God for a little—maybe to understand God better, maybe to understand ourselves and life better, maybe both.
I know I love writing and dreaming, and I wouldn't have begun my writing career without a life-changing dream.
Thanks for the question,
I am both a vivid night dreamer and daydreamer and both contribute hugely to my reservoir of ideas and story lines.
