I thought I'd answer this question, because it appears at the top of my Account page for some reason (must be important).
The answer is: No, I haven't.
I have a massive collection of poetry that has been sitting around for a little over 10 years now. I do plan to publish a poetry book or ebook once everything is organized and edited...it's only a matter of time.
Yes. I had published a few pieces here and there in little online mags. A few pieces I've even lost over the years. So I gathered the ones I had an published a book of my poems. Of course, two months after I published it, I wrote three of the best poems of my life.
Yes. I've had some luck with small quarterlies and then found a publisher who was interested in my work. So far, two books have been the result. It's harder, I think, with poetry because so few people in the US read poetry, which is why e-zines and blogs are probably the best venues.
