Should you hyphenate great-granny?
I'm writing a book and need to know when to capitalize and hyphenate great grandmother. Also, whether the comma belongs inside the quote or outside.
I have seen it written both with an hyphen & without & I wouldnt use capitals either - great question & Im sure the people at Oxford English would help you
