Which other articles sites would people recommend I join ? I'm completely confused !

I'm not sure which ones are worth investing time in. I'm looking for backlinks and a great community, as well as revenue.

I have done work for a variety, but I made the most on Bukisa. I have an account with Squidoo, which a lot of writers I know recommend it, but I have not had the time to start with them yet. Just like Squidoo, Triond offers you 50 percent of your revenue. Once again, I have an account with them, but I do not have anything written for them yet.

i wrote for constant content and triond before i came here. triond doesnt give you as much control to your articles like Hp does. For constant content, you dont get any money unless someone buys your content. I still think HP is the best so far but i could be wrong...let me follow this and here other views

I currently write for Bright Hub.  It's an educational site, so I feel as though I'm at least writing things that can teach someone something and make a difference.  You choose from a listing of assignments and send it in for editing and then publication.  You get paid $15, $20, $25 per assignment, plus get paid for page views as well.  Factoidz is another one that pays a bit more than HP.  HP is fun and eventually will get you to where you need to earn to make it worthwhile, but it's hard to be that patient when there are bills to pay.

Textbroker is a site where you choose an article in various categories, you are given instructions by the buyer and you write.  These are usually short articles and don't take long.  It doesn't seem as though you can make much, although the money adds up quickly.  At least 10-20 articles a day will bring in a good profit for the two week pay period.
