   A poem of tenderness, playful romance, a small misunderstanding, and togetherness again...( all in one poem) .. Narrative style... full of imagery and color. I can't wait to read this ...

   This is a challenging poem, but I love a challenge.  because I am a perfectionist this might take a while.
   but i've been known to work fast . the challenge is on.!

   Your soft fingers guide me through the night, sending cold chills right through me.
   
   Kisses of you were like sweet whispers in my night’s dreams.
   
   Harsh words shared like a luxury of life.       
   
   Bruising but no pain, no pain to return to, just all anew. A new me and a new you.
   
   I watched you while you basked in my glow, remembering to capture all my secret thoughts in a bottle.
   
   Upon your smiles, I find my tears and happiness to be acceptable.
   
   We share a world that no one knows, a world all ours filled with happiness and mirth.
   
   Love exploding from the inside out, not wanting to blend it with others. Capturing each other’s thoughts, leading behind bended knees.

   Love Long Ago
   
   My hand starts; seeing your face
   as I write lyrics of love;
   reflecting on your beauty,
   taking my breath away.
   
   A face etched finely and framed;
   cascading locks of hair.
   Skin so fair and soft as silk,
   as I fondly remember oh so well.
   
   I think of the music box
   crafted when love was new.
   No drawing curtains on us,
   our play was absolute.
   
   Love, as true and staying
   as the stars are for wishing.
   Desirous was our touch;
   nights of firefly lightning.
   
   Golden days so long ago,
   timeless music of words.
   With fragile parchment and quill;
   a love never let go.

   Three simple words, I love you,
   Three sad words I am sorry,
   Three special words, I was wrong,
   My words float on the air,
   Resting gently on his sholder,
   Quietly whispering, I forgive,
   Holding his hand,
   Walking in on the beach
   The setting sun,
   Waves of amber and gold,
   Wrapping us in it's beauty.
