Copyright and "All Rights Reserved"?
When a written work has a copyright is that the same things as "all rights reserved"?
There are various rights, when you "publish" a book you are selling the rights to the publishing house. The contract will say what rights you are selling and for how long etc.
By various rights, there are publishing rights, movie rights, etc.
