If I want to publish my HP content to amazon ekindle do I have to delete my HP work first
I would assume that you would have to delete your hubpages content first. Otherwise you may fall foul of the 'duplicate content' rules.

You could always change up some of the content in the hubs that you want to transfer to kindle. Like giving it a facelift in the sense, this could keep you out of the copied content area.
