Can anybody guide me for copy right formalities?
How to go ahead about this?
I do not have any ideas..any guidance and assistance is much welcome:-)
Depends what you want to do? In most countries anything you write is copyright immediately. Do you mean something on Hubpages was stolen? You'll need to file a DMCA.
Thanks for your reply. Here I see many hubbers add a copy right disclaimer clause after their hub. What is the formalities for that? Once it is published here in hubpages it is automatically under protection. So is the copy right clause required?
Adding a copyright clause really does nothing. If it's copyright, it's copyright.
Most of the content stolen on the internet is taken by "spam bots" and it's then used to make a few dollars for the creators. You can't do much but file a DMCA.
Thank you very much for your guidance. Its much useful for me. i only keep on writing and posting it here. Never was bothered about these things. So for knowledge i asked this question as i did not know.
