    Writing is expression. I can get my thoughts down better in writing than I can in speaking. LOL. Not only does it help me express myself though, it also helps me grow as a human. As I write, I learn more about myself.

    For me, writing is therapy. Whether I'm blowing off steam after having a bad day in my journal, or jotting down random notes and doing research for a story, writing serves as either an outlet for my emotions, or a relaxation exercise when I escape into a crazy story line.
    Yup. Therapy.

    It's one of my hobbies and a way to share some of my experiences and vent, when I need to. I don't take myself too seriously, but I do enjoy writing

    Writing for me opens the eyes of an individual to many different challenges, as one writes their knowledge improves on the various topics and one improves their skills together with character and discipline
