    Hello Beautiful Souls,

Show off your plural knowledge to your friends and family! That's what HP said in their newsletter today.
Can you please see if there's any mistake in this image or is it me who's making a mistake wink

Misbah, they look okay to me. The dictionary states two alternatives for many plural forms of the word. These seem to be among those.

          Thank you so much, John
This is interesting to learn. I also shared the same link in response to Maria's comment. smile
Oxford dictionary says there is no such word as Bicep. smile But Merriam Webster gives an explanation.

Niblings is the gender-neutral plural for "nieces and nephews". Sphinx can be sphinxes or spainges. Bicep can be biceps or bicepes (strange, but true). Plural of octopus is as written, but most of us still use octopi. Lasagne is plural for that particular type of noodles. More than one dish of baked lasagna with sauce, cheese, etc., is still lasagna. So, all are correct, even though a few sound weird.
