Do we really know anything about the heart?

    The awsome and unbounding powers .....
    unmeasureable is that of the human heart.
    To build kingdoms or cites of fortune
    as long as the soul too plays it's part.

    There is magic and passion untamed and
    purity in the dreams that ensue.
    But what of love once broken at it's
    peak...... is survival possible to.

    I think  not ......not without an
    enduring caution in all the tomorrows.
    I have seeen the marks and broken
    limbs ....futures with only sorrows.

    Or the shadow of lines in the smile
    of tragedies forgotten long since.
    Look for the satanic lines in that
    smile....of your lovely prince.

    As well of  natures maiden the one
    with  starlites in her eyes.
    When she spills her heart full of
    deceit .....only dry tears she cries.

    Perhaps the heart is best hidden
    in the shadows of natures garden.
    Where there is not a chance of
    failure ....no reason to ever harden.

    Who knows the secrets of the human
    heart.... your guess as good as mine.
    I will leave mine in the garden
    untill the ends of time.

      That was very nice. I like poetry, I write it my self ever since I was 10. The one thing i learned about the hurt it is the only muscle you can't control., lol Blessings peace, love, and light

        , I ment heart, lol, My spelling sometimes is not the greatest. Which is funny because there is a guy at work who will always ask me how to spell some words, so far with him I have not been wrong, lol
