I Feel Grateful and Blessed
My Ryze Journal Prompt
The following poem is a response to my "Ryze" journal prompt that I received on August 4, 2025. The prompt said:
"When you have your cup of RYZE this morning, note each one of these:
- The warmth of the cup you’re holding.
- That first sip. The beautiful morning ahead of you.
- The beginning of a new day full of promise.
- The quiet just before the day officially begins.
Now go and be great.
Let me know how you feel after!"
My Response
My response to the prompt follows:
As my hands gently embrace the warmth of my morning cup,
my lips bring forth a smile of appreciation for the beautiful rays
that pierce the morning sky.
Realizing that Almighty God sees us as His own offers a greater appreciation of life.

I feel grateful and blessed.
Summary
Realizing that Almighty God sees us as His own offers a greater appreciation of life and the grand plan He is working out here on earth.
In Conclusion
A calm morning combined with the warmth of a drink (I use Ryze mushroom coffee), a beautiful sunrise, and the sound of birds singing can evoke feelings of peace, hope, and gratitude.
