Kim has many hubs on entertainment especially movies, and actors. she wrote for Squidoo and now has her own blog

So many books so little time

No matter what time of year it is, I have just too many books to read! (& I refuse to get rid of any til I've read them!

I try to read as many books as possible, but being I've been working on squidoo and seems to take me a month to read any length of book around 300 pages, so I'm only going to note 3 books This summer, as I think its a perfect amount to read. Take your time, & have fun plus enjoy reading.

I've include the ones I am & plan to read. (I'll read the Jeff Dunham book next as I'm almost done with my current book.) I do hope I'll be able to include a bonus but we'll see what happens.

The Physic Book of Deliverance Dane - by Katherine Howe

I don't remember where I picked this up or who I got it from (I pick up books at Thrift stores, friends & I swap them and so on.

I even found the Author's autograph inside when i went to read it!

(want to see more books for a summer reading list? see my No Bummer reader

This is the first book in awhile I have not been able to put down. (let alone not taking me a month to read.) I love the story. I don’t remember where I got this from maybe a thrift shop. When I went to start reading it I found an autograph from the author in it. I started on the 8th of June (too me it feels a lot sooner than that as I’m just over 6 chapters in. I am at the spot however where the story has picked up and I don’t want to put it down reading a chapter then says eh I’ll read another. Connie is a Harvard oh what’s the term (reading it more than 20 times by now I should remember it. ah yes) writing her dissertation at first wasn’t sure what to write. While going through her gran’s house she is suppose to clean out, she comes across a kay with a piece of parchment stuck in the hollow of it with the Name Deliverance Dane. Her research could very well re-write some history books maybe medical as well! The deeper Connie researches, the closer it looks she may be a descendant of one of the previous keepers of a book that might help with her research, but the search may have also put her & her friends in danger .Odd things happen around, That although she did it herself she can’t believe it. Her mentor is on her to find the book but for his own agenda. I’m loving the mystery and drama (and in the present time in the book) some of the joking between the characters. B+

All by My Selves - Jeff Dunham

This is the next book I plan to read for my Summer reading (in July)

Jeff Dunham is my Favorite Comedian, he crack my dad & I up. I just wish I knew if he'd be funny without the puppets. But hey he's the only guy doing it so I really don't need to know. He's somewhat an Idol/role model for the fact he didn't listen to others, and just took his own road.

I just wish I could decide which one of 'his selves' is my fave (I've included some of his DVD's below as well in case you'd like to check out his acts.

videos by Jeff

Jeff Dunham: Spark of Insanity

Jeff Dunham: Arguing with Myself

THe Jeff Dunham Dhow

Jeff Dunham's Very Special Christmas Special

All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed, and Me
All By My Selves: Walter, Peanut, Achmed, and Me
This one is more a preview until I finish it. With contents titles like 'The Gift that kept on talking' (his first pupper was a gift) Birth of an Old Fart (has got to be about Walter) I think it may be an authobiography wThere's Dialog between the puppets & Jeff throughout the book. When I was in the Book store before I purchased it, I skimmed through one of the dialogs and was crackin gup. I think these were put together special for the book, and are not part of his regular act.

Bitten - R.L. Stein

YEah so I sometimes like to read a Young Adult book usually these are the ones I read through real quick even when they are not so interesting! lol

Bitten: Dangerous Girls & The Taste of Night
Bitten: Dangerous Girls & The Taste of Night
For one its about vampires & 2 there's 2 books in one! The stories are about out twin sisters who while away for the summer meet a creature of the night
