Coffee Grinders for More Flavorful Coffee

Updated on January 11, 2010

Having coffee in the morning is a rather important thing to so many people. I mean, have you seen the number of grouchy people at work these days when they don't get their morning cup of java? It's rather ridiculous, if you ask me, but then I'm not a coffee drinker. But, that doesn't mean that I don't know how to make a good cup of joe.

Since it is important for people to have their morning cup, or two, of coffee, I find that it is important that they have the best and most flavorful coffee.

That doesn't necessarily mean that they need to purchase the the most expensive or the foreign brands of coffee. It just means that you want to coffee that is going to be the most flavorful. Now, sometimes you can achieve that by purchasing pre-ground coffee beans, but not usually. The best means that you can achieve the most flavor in your morning coffee is by purchasing fresh coffee beans.

But, because you can't really make coffee, good coffee, with whole coffee beans, you'll want to find a way to grind up the coffee beans so that you can make good and flavorful coffee.

The reason that you want to purchase whole coffee beans and grind up for your morning coffee is because when you use fresh, whole coffee beans, you are able to release the essential oils and flavors by grinding them right before use. And, when you coffee pot boils the water and runs it through the coffee grinds, the fresh oils and flavors are sent straight to your coffee pot.

Now, the best way to do that is by purchasing one of the best coffee bean grinders, which does not necessarily have to be the most expensive. I've provided you with a few coffee grinders below that are some of the best coffee bean grinders that you can find and most of them are around $20.

Mr. Coffee Electric Coffee Grinder

The Mr. Coffee grinder is probably my favorite of those listed here, hence why it's first. ;-) The Mr. Coffee Electrice Coffee Grinder will grind between 4 to 12 cups of coffee for your precision brewing. It has 3 different grind settings ranging from fine to coursely ground coffee, and a wide upper lide for mess-free filling and emptying. You'll also find that the Mr. Coffee Electric Coffee Grinder includes a Chamber Maid cleaning system and a removable, dishwasher safe grinding chamber with cord storage.

For the price, this is probably the best coffee grinder that you will  find.

Krups Fast Touch Coffee Grinders

Krups is a famous name in the coffee market. They offer loads of coffee makers, espresso machines, and coffee grinders for sale. The Fast Touch Coffe Grinder by Krups has a 200 watt motor that will grind up to 3 ounces of coffee beans at once. The Krups coffee grinder is also great to grind up nuts, spices, and grains. And, although it doesn't have the best design, it still works wonders to grind up your fresh coffee beans.

KitchenAid Blade Coffee Grinder

The KitchenAid brand is always a reliable brand to purchase, and you know that their products are some of the best on the market. The BCG100OB Blade Coffee Grinder runs on a 200 watt motor with a stainless steel blade for the best ground beans around. You'll also notice that the KitchenAid coffee grinder has pulse control, which can be helpful when grinding your coffee beans.

Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinder

The Capresso infinity is the more expensive coffee burr grinder that I've posted, but it's not only the coolest looking grinder with the most modern and professional feel, but it is also one of the best coffee grinders that you can buy.

You'll notice the 16 different grind settings and the 60 second timer with Auto-Stop, which means you're coffee beans can be ground anywhere from various degrees of fine to course depending on how you like your coffee.

I want one of the coffee machines that grinds the beans fresh, then brews the coffee on a timer ready for when I wake up. Then I want a cabin boy to bring it to me wearing only a towel and a smile.

While I'm at it, I'd like a pony too please!
