Palm Tree Decor

Updated on January 28, 2018

A Very Popular Theme To Use To Decorate

The Palm Tree has become a popular decorating theme in many homes across the nation. Think of the many Snowbirds who go South each winter and enjoy the beaches and Palm trees for several months while the rest of the nation sits in a block of ice. When you have been at a beautiful beach, you want to take some of it home with you. The Palm Tree decor, to whatever extent you take it, can be a wonderful way to remember those balmy breezes and sandy beaches in your home. The manufacturer's have made some elegant household items with the Palm Tree just for you! Here's how you can use palm trees in your decorating theme!

Begin In The Bedroom

We all purchase comforters and bedspreads for our beds every so often. Choose a Palm Tree theme for your bedroom. There are lots of choices, but the colors usually range from a shade of green to browns and golds. There are a variety of materials used from the inexpensive to the more expensive and finer materials. It doesn't have to be expensive to add atmosphere and memories.

Change Your Towels and/or Shower Curtain to a Palm Tree Theme

Don't Forget The Bathroom

Just changing the Shower Curtain and towels can change the decor of this entire area. There are some beautiful Palm Tree towels available for that plush feeling you like with quality that will last. Buy at least four bath towels so you won't run out! Choose your favorite design and enjoy!

The Shower Curtain is the focal point of many bathrooms. I recently redid our guest bath with this theme and found that the room is so much more relaxing with the palm tree theme. If your bath is beige, white, or lite green, you have a perfect backdrop for the greens in these Palm Tree shower curtains. The palm tree hooks are fun and creative accents to your shower curtain!

Palm Tree Dish Towels are also available for your kitchen. The border on these towels will quickly take you back to your tropical vacation!

Palm Tree Decorative Items

On those cold nights in winter, we keep throw blankets on the end of our sofa. I keep one on my side of the bed also, for especially cold nights. A Palm Tree Throw blanket will add that special touch of elegance to your living area decor.

In addition, you can toast to summer in your Palm Tree Wine glasses. These elegant glasses will be an asset to your china cabinet. They make excellent gifts also. Is anyone in the family getting married?

More Creative Ideas

For your kitchen counter, try a Palm Tree Paper Towel Holder or Napkin Holder. These are interesting kitchen items for a redecorating project.

Coconut Tree Candleholders can serve as accent pieces in any room of the house, from the bedroom to the living area. They add flair to any table you have.

Greet your guests with a Palm Tree Outdoor Mat. It will set your Palm Tree home theme at the front or back door.

Palm Tree Themed Elegance

Palm Tree Curtains can grace any window anywhere in your home. They are beautifully made and add warmth to your room.

Add a Palm Tree pillow on the couch or in a bedroom. They will accent a solid color fabric, adding a touch of design.

Palm Tree Wall Clocks are a great design item. They can be hung in the office, in a bedroom, or over the kitchen table. Enjoy this decorative touch in your home!

In Closing

The Palm Tree has gained in popularity as an accent theme. Decorate with just a few changes and make your home feel like new again. Christmas is around the corner and any of the Palm Tree items will make a great gift for a loved one. Know any Snowbirds?

I do love this type of decor. Palm tree wall paper is also exceptionally beautiful. I'd like to do a room this way. Thanks so much for the design tips. I live in NYC and this would be my way of getting away for a bit.
