Palm Tree Decor

Updated on February 10, 2019

A Popular Theme For Decorating

The Palm Tree has become a popular decorating theme in many homes across the nation. Think of the many Snowbirds who go South each winter and enjoy the beaches and Palm trees for several months while the rest of the nation sits in a block of ice. When you have visited a beautiful beach, you want to take some of it home with you. The Palm Tree decor can be a wonderful way to remember those balmy breezes and sandy beaches in your home. You can add palm trees to your decorating theme!

Begin In The Bedroom

Choose a Palm Tree theme for your bedroom. You can find a quilt or bedspread with palm trees as a focal point. There are lots of selections available and the colors usually range from a shade of green to browns and golds. It doesn't have to be expensive to add atmosphere and memories.

I found my Palm Tree quilt in a little town in the Texas Hill Country. After traveling to California for a conference, my head was full of Palm trees and beaches. I spotted the quilt hanging on a display rack in a local store during an afternoon of shopping. It was reasonably priced and I fell in love with it immediately!

Don't Forget The Bathroom

A new Shower Curtain and towels can totally change the decor of your Bathroom. We found lush white bath towels with large embroidered Palm Trees. Buy at least four bath towels so you won't run out! Choose your favorite design and enjoy!

The Shower Curtain is the focal point of many bathrooms. I recently redid our guest bath with this theme and found that the room is so much more relaxing with the palm tree theme. If your bath is beige, white, or lite green, you have a perfect backdrop for the greens in these Palm Tree shower curtains. The palm tree hooks are fun and creative accents for your shower curtain!

Palm Tree Decorative Items

In the winter, our family stacks small quilts and blankets on the end of our sofa for those chilly nights. One of the throws has a Palm Tree design. It's my favorite. A Palm Tree Throw blanket will brighten your living area decor and remind you of warmer days with balmy breezes.

In addition, you can toast to summer days in Palm Tree Wine glasses. These elegant glasses will be an asset to your china cabinet. They make excellent gifts also. Is anyone in the family getting married?

More Creative Ideas

For your kitchen counter, try a Palm Tree Paper Towel Holder or Napkin Holder. Stack your Palm Tree napkins in a Palm Tree napkin holder. Your friends and family will love your creative touch. Palm Tree dish towels will be a fun and useful addition to your kitchen. These are interesting kitchen items for a redecorating project. Palm Tree Candleholders can serve as accent pieces in any room of the house, from the bedroom to the living area. You can greet your guests with a Palm Tree Outdoor Mat. It will set the tone for your Palm Tree theme at the front or back door.

Palm Tree Themed Elegance

Palm Tree Curtains can grace any window in your home. They are beautifully made and add fun to your room. Add a Palm Tree pillow to the couch or on your Palm Tree quilt. They are a great accent piece for a solid colored fabric. Palm Tree Wall Clocks are a fun accent piece. They can hang in the office, in a bedroom, or over the kitchen table. Add a lighted palm tree to a corner of your living room to warm up a dark corner! Enjoy these decorative touches in your home!

Make those Changes

The Palm Tree has gained in popularity as an accent theme. There are multitudes of creative items available to you. Decorate with just a few changes and enjoy your Palm Tree themed decor.

I do love this type of decor. Palm tree wall paper is also exceptionally beautiful. I'd like to do a room this way. Thanks so much for the design tips. I live in NYC and this would be my way of getting away for a bit.
