Modern architecture has completely sealed off the interior from the outside world for purpose of energy savings. As a result, air exchange and air ventilation is nil. What happens then is an accumulation of dust, air borne allergens and toxins within the house. With dust are dust mites by the millions, and all linen become homes to dust mites. Mattresses by virtue of their spread and with blankets, bed sheets and comforters become home to millions of dust mites, their feces, their colonies and of course the carcasses as well. Toxins off wall paint, furniture, varnishes and even aerosols for all kinds accumulate within the bedroom and house in total. Inhaled these, foreign elements begin the trigger for all sorts of allergies. Besides the body, total indoor environment, carpets, mattresses and the bedrooms in particular need regular thorough cleansing with water. Water is a good natural cleanser.
BEDROOM UPKEEP is so important. We all occupy these rooms for the longest duration every 24 hours.
