   Can you mobilize equity participation for our real estate and facilities development projects.
   
   We are having two real estate and facilities developments for implementations.The project cost of 1) is USD 30.00 Million and 2) is USD 25.00 Million.We have mobilized USD 25 Million loan for project 1) by providing the SBLC and are mobilizing another USD 22.50 for project 2).We are contributing USD 14.50 Million as the promoter;s participation.We are mobilizing USD 3.50 Million from propective business associates for these projects.Please let us know,whether  you can help us in mobilizing this amount.We will issue our company HK Builders and Investments Ltd's shares from the promoters qouta.

   I can do it depending upon the project location and profitability and risk analysis. GCC, East Asia ans India are the my domain where I usually done the projects.

   The location of the projects is Bangalore,India. And is very close to Bangalore new International Airport.The profitability is good @65% margin on the project cost,if it is sold on outright selling basis.The financial projections in the profitability statements are shown for the 1st five years.The paying back period for borrowings is 10 years.Please provide email ID for forwarding the project details and financial statements.
