We retained an attorney for a real estate case and the firm decided to take the case on...
contingency. It has been 9 months since we signed that agreement and have not heard form our attorney after multiple attempts. We only started calling after 3 months and monthly after that. We recently hand delivered a letter asking for communication since we don't know what to expect from this type of case. Still nothing. We are at a loss as to what to do next.
